I’ve always wondered why I love Whitney Houston’s voice and performance so much. I think I’ve figured it out. She’s a musical minister, regardless of the song. Her best performances are those where she’s alone on stage, requiring a unique talent to fully exist on stage ALONE and STILL command the entire space... she had that OIL! If you've been following me, you know I've already posted this, but I updated it and I’ve made some tweaks to this version and am happy with it. One thing about Whitney during her live performances is that she always changed up her vocals and gave us an unintentional vocal remix. Love her!!

When she did that on the AMA’s in 1986 I jumped out of my sit. That woman’s voice was and will always be unmatched. Shes so missed.
